2. What we use

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep facilitators signed in, remember your participant session and rejoin code, cache released questions so you can keep working when your connection drops, and queue answers submitted offline until they can be synchronised. Without these the Platform cannot function.

3. Analytics and marketing

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Platform. If limited analytics are introduced in future, we will obtain consent first where the law requires it and update this page.

4. Managing cookies and stored data

You can manage or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Clearing site data will sign you out and discard any answers still waiting to be synchronised, so please make sure your responses show as saved first.

5. Third-party services

The Platform communicates with our cloud database provider and with KoboToolbox for research data management. These services may set their own cookies when you visit their own websites, governed by their respective policies.
